Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Any items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at sales@madeforiman.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, are not eligible for returns. If applicable, this will be indicated on the product page.
