We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts), while orders below this amount are shipped at standard Canada Post rates. Delivery timelines vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
We also ship internationally via Canada Post, with shipping fees and estimated delivery times calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Free shipping applies to Canadian orders only, and certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to regulations.
Made For Iman is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or claim.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
Items that are damaged, used, or not in original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund. Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are not eligible for returns and will be clearly indicated on the product page.
