Items that are damaged, used, or not in original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
