We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
Items that are damaged, used, or not in original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
